Biolan Bokashi White
Made in Finland
The Biolan Bokashi is a compact and stylish kitchen compost bin designed for efficient indoor composting using the Bokashi method. Instead of traditional composting, Bokashi is based on the microbial fermentation of organic waste in an airtight, anaerobic environment using EM (Effective Micro‑organisms).
Kitchen food waste and Bokashi grit are added in layers to the container. During fermentation, excess liquid is released and collected at the bottom, where it can be easily drained using the built‑in tap. When the container is full, the fermented mass is ready for post‑composting, where it is turned into nutrient‑rich soil.
This bokashi composter is ideal for households that want an easy, odor‑controlled solution for food waste recycling directly in the kitchen—while keeping the process tidy, ecological, and space‑efficient.
